What Are Corrective Exercises?

Think of your car, if the tires are not aligned properly the tires will wear faster and the car will shake when it drives. That same concept occurs with the joints in your body. If the muscles that control your shoulder are too tight or weak, your shoulder will wear out faster.

Dr. Mohr is specially trained to address these biomechanical deficiencies. Many times if the correct muscles are exercised in the right manner along with specialized lengthening techniques of the tight muscles pain will quickly subside.
